The chestnut, just picked, is carefully selected, calibrated and treated through a process in water that naturally increases its shelf life. It is then dried and bagged by hand.

For maximum traceability and transparency, each chestnut pack shows the lot, date and caliber.

A part of the chestnuts collected, on the other hand, are destined for transformation in our creative laboratory.
