Ricotta Mousse
Ricotta mousses are the dessert saves dinner, in single-portion version, very easy and quick to prepare. Few ingredients are required and they are perfect for using all our finished cream jars. How to stuff them? You decide
Ingredients doses for 4 jars
300 g of Ricotta
2 Spoons of sugar
For the topping you can use fresh fruit or our creams, we have stuffed them with
our chestnut creams (vanilla or cocoa)

Method
Place the ricotta in a bowl and add the sugar a little at a time. Mix the mixture well until you get a smooth cream, for ease you can also use a blender. If you prefer you can add the chopped fruit inside. Pour the mousse into the jars you can alternate the various layers with each other, to avoid dirtying the edges help yourself with a pastry bag.
Garnish to your liking.
