The vanilla chestnut cream is obtained by flavoring our Tuscan chestnuts with precious Madagascar vanilla berries.

Prepared in the company laboratory, slowly cooking the broken chestnuts during peeling, with sugar and bourbon vanilla.

The temperature-controlled production process allows the fruit to be concentrated without adding gelling agents or thickeners, preserving the flavor of the fruit.

It is ideal for a sweet breakfast, or to use as a topping. Also try it as a base for your sweet preparations.
