Chestnut flour is obtained from the slow drying by smoking of the Tuscan chestnuts grown in our chestnut grove.

The smallest chestnuts, carefully selected by hand, are ground in an old stone mill and transformed into a flour with a typical ivory color with an unmistakable aroma.

The practical vacuum packaging allows you to preserve the authentic scent.

Naturally gluten-free, obtained from Italian chestnuts, it lends itself to numerous sweet and savory preparations.
