Our freshly picked chestnuts immediately enter the processing cycle, thanks to the plant located inside the chestnut grove.

The first phase involves cleaning and pre-calibration, followed by a careful manual selection that allows you to put the precious cured fruit in water on the day of harvesting.

This traditional method, compared to other systems, better preserves the "organoleptic" qualities of the product.

Once the necessary days have passed, the chestnuts put to dry in the air are ready to be bagged.

Stored in a cool place, chestnuts can last for weeks.
